Custom Sizing / Alterations
We offer professional alteration services directly from our store to ensure the perfect fit for your outfit. If you require any size adjustments or custom fitting, please contact us either by phone, text, or email with your order number and name.
Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the type of alterations requested.
All women's party-wear outfits have an extra margin to be altered upto 2 sizes, with a few exceptions. A professional tailor is able to exceed those limits in certain cases. Kindly note that taking an outfit in is often easier than letting it out.
Fabric Care Instructions
To maintain the quality, color, and detailing of your outfit, dry clean only. Our garments often feature delicate fabrics, embroidery, mirror work, sequins, and handcrafted elements that require professional care. Avoid machine washing, hand washing, or soaking, as these methods may cause damage, color bleeding, or loss of shape. Proper dry cleaning will help preserve the fabric finish, craftsmanship, and longevity of your outfit.
Product Availability
All of our products are also available for purchase in-store. Many of our outfits are handmade, one-of-one Indian designs, meaning each piece is unique and available in limited quantity. In the rare event that an item is purchased online at the same time it is sold in-store, priority will be given to the in-store purchase. If this occurs, your card will not be charged. Our team will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation, and you will receive a special coupon code as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
